Damaged Product or Wrong Item Received
If you receive a damaged product or an incorrect item, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery. Claims made after this period may not be eligible for return.

  •  Provide your order number and details of the issue along with photographic evidence or an unpacking video of the parcel clearly showing the damage or incorrect item received.

  • The product must be unused, unworn, and in its original packaging.
  • Returns must be claimed within 24 hours of delivery.


Return Shipping
